2. Service Limitations and Modifications

If you have prepaid for a Paid Subscription and Uto permanently discontinues the service before the prepaid period ends (as defined in the "Payments and Cancellations" section below), Uto will refund the unused portion of your subscription fee. Your account and billing information must be up to date for us to process any refunds.

Uto is not liable for service interruptions or failures caused by the internet, government authorities, third parties, or other events beyond our control, and we have no obligation to issue refunds in such cases.

3. Your Rights to Use Uto Services

Access to Uto Services

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms (including any applicable additional terms), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of Uto Services and Content ("Access Rights"). These Access Rights remain valid until terminated by you or Uto. You agree not to redistribute or transmit Uto Services or Content.
  • Even if Uto software applications and their content are installed on your device, they are not sold or transferred to you. Uto and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of Uto software applications and Content.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other brand features of Uto are the exclusive property of Uto and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Uto brand features for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

  • You agree to follow Uto's User Guidelines and not to use Uto Services, Content, or any related parts in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

The pages of this website provide links to other websites, and you may access these linked websites through the links provided. However, those linked websites are not subject to the privacy policy of this website. You must refer to the privacy policies of the linked websites.

5. Security of Uto Website Operations
